Hello, the pill case I purchased on June 10th 2025 that has non-wear off printed ink, has worn off of multiple days of my AM/PM pill case. Please can you send me a refund for my purchase or a replacement pill case?

My order of labels for my Brother label printer arrived today. The vox had been opened as had one of the plastic bags. I assume that this was done by Customs. Unfortunately, the reusable plastic frame was missing from the package. Without it I cannot use the labels. How can I get a frame?
